How does this card get a numerical grade?

I am 99% sure I had this card graded. Over the years I have had various conversations with the SGC guys on grading strips.

IMO this is the biggest problem I have ever had with SGC. They are just not consistant with what gets a grade and what doesn't, but whatever I have stopped trying to figure it out.

Anyway one thing I can say for sure is that this card was not cut recently and was very sharp and clean.
