I was going to take a shot at answering your question, but I waited to see if Steve B would chime in. I knew he could answer your question better. As far as seeing other Pastorius cards with this blue line, I've have seen two others. See scan below. I saw one at this year's National and contemplated buying it, but I had already picked up a Pastorius for my set. My Pastorius has a blue dot on his cheek. Not to mention his hat lines are way out of whack. Are these random spots/lines common? Not really (my opinion), but if you look at enough T206s you will notice little prints defects on other cards. For instance, I have seen a few McBride cards with a blue spot on his left hip and there are other T206s with random blue spots on them. Not all of these cards are mine.
