I'm totally ok with collecting cards that are graded "A" Especially Old Judges.
All of mine would probably grade A if I bothered to send them in. Skinned, trimmed, cracked.....Not a pretty one on the bunch. But they are real and the pictures are mostly not bad as far as contrast goes. I do get a bit pickier as the cards get newer. I don't think I'd be interested in something after about 1985 that was trimmed unless it was a proof or something. Steve B
