You can do whatever you want to to a card, as long as you disclose the alteration at sale.
If you think there's nothing wrong with cutting a card from a sheet 50 years later, that is fine. But you have to disclose the modern cut at sale. Last edited by drc; 04-10-2013 at 08:35 PM. |
