I think the threads are very worthwhile to read. Really shows who among us have negative/positive outlooks. Shows a lot about folks' personalities. Lay off of Adrian, he's having fun and learning. I'm sure many of us have gone on buying binges before, especially early on when the fever is at its highest. Its amazing to me the amount of emotion, mostly negative, that fellow "collectors" have spewed at this guy.

Yes he's different. If everything he has said is true, and I have no reason to disbelieve him at this point, then he is an amazing story, and a success story, who has joined "our" hobby. He has the most positive attitude I've seen in a long time.

Is he going real fast? Yes. Go overboard a bit? Yes. So what? The guy is passionate about cards right now and that's a good thing. I don't understand the venom.

Leon, I like this guy and I think you do too. He has agreed to your stipulations with a smile and he's taken all this abuse good naturedly. There is no doubt he is high maintenance, but I'll take an Adrian thread over a PSA sucks thread any day. Randy Trierweiler
