Adrian strikes me as a sort of "idiot savant", where we will all ridicule him for buying cards at too high a price, and then they will all quintuple in value... or he will announce what he is bidding on, but instead of attracting other bidders, it scares everyone away and he gets the item very inexpensively.
It is as if he has some sort of supernatural power alongside him that makes all his purchases work out against expectation. |
