I would NOT buy it for this price (9000$ so far) I would simply wait for one already graded say a 7 and pay the full price for that example.

There is something weird about this card been graded a 4 I can't believe the graders would have made such a BAD call on this card!!! I would call SGC and give them the serial number and ask what kept this card from grading higher.
