there are a number of people...many on this board...who have attempted to employ this business model over the years...they'll buy something from one of the big auction houses...then put it in the BST the next day...or week at an overinflated price.
I've always wondered WTF these people are thinking? WE're all looking at these auctions together...discussing them ad nauseum on this and other sites. If I didn't want to pay what it sold for in the big auction house...why would I now want it for 30-50% more?! I'm sure Dan thought it was a good deal and doesn't mind having it in his inventory for a while...and that's fine...but those that think they'll sell these "flips" overnight...that's just crazy!
