Default Question on this Wagner "Piedmont"

The photos below are supposedly from the same card, however I have not actually seen this card in person yet. I am by no means an expert, but I don't believe this is a T-206 card. (I didn't find the pose in the reprint set I have)

I do not believe the photo of the back of the card to be from the same card front, or the back was somehow previously added / altered to the front of the card.

Can some identify what the front of the card might be? And confirm that the front / back combo shouldn't exist?
