I'm surprised no one has mentioned League Park, the home of the Cleveland Indians from 1891 to 1946 (renovated in 1910). The city has just finished a revitalization of the park, including a new baseball field, refurbished the existing 1st base side grandstand wall, and are currently renovating the ticket building.
