They are VERY fragile.  And if you do soak, I\'m not sure how much of the staining would be removed. It was a very slow process.  It did nothing to remove caramel staining, but it was effective at removing some corner glue (but not the glue stains that were left behind).<br />\r\n<br />\r\nAs has been mentioned, though, the paper is very thin and fragile, especially when wet.
