There are bully laws in this country and maybe those who bully others on this site should familiarize themselves with those laws.

The bullying laws that exist in this country have to do with the protection of vulnerable school children not adults on a website where participation is voluntary. To suggest otherwise is to minimize the importance of anti-bullying legislation. As one who served on my local board of education for ten years, I take bullying very seriously and am offended that anyone would compare what happens on this site to true bullying that can have a lasting and devastating effect on its victims.
