Scott.. Thanks for your sample. I agree it has to be about the same time as the Artvue since Rice was not inducted until 1963 and shortly after his handwriting began to get shaky.
Your examples match my 3x5 and my 8x10 exactly. I also have a 33 Goudey signed but it is a vintage example. If the OP checked out Ron's book of which I have mixed feelings about he would have seen a few sentences directly addressing this exact style of forgery . Always like your posts.
