Question About Half-Point Grades
Hey Guys,
Quick question about half-point grades. Is there a way of knowing if a card received a half-grade from it's initial SGC submission, or is it to be assumed (or understood) that all half-point grades are re-submissions? I know that half-points are relatively new but wasn't sure if they're assigned to new submissions. I recently picked up the 15CJ below and was curious if this was a bumped grade or the initial assigned grade. Thanks for your time. Herb.
