1990 The Shanks Collection....what are they?
So i have this card...have had it forever, no idea where i got it
 on the back it says 1990 The shanks collection I've looked up the name of the set...and no one else seems to know what the hell they are or where they came from The card isn't bad looking at all IMO. I always love oddball cards like this, I think that's mainly why I've kept it.
