1925 DC Thomson Dean
Bill,
I dont have a whole of experience with these but did buy one a few years ago (I think it was a PSA 2). It was the first time I had seen it so i jumped on it. This price seems very much in line to me for all of the reasons you mentioned and quite honestly the one pictured is the nicest one i have seen. Dixie Dean needs no introduction and from my experience this is a pretty rare card.
