Al Worthington
I have been sending TTM requests for about 5 years now.Mostly '50's to '80's guys.
About 3 years ago I sent a request to Al Worthington,a pitcher from the '50's and '60's. Today I received a signed copy of his book "I played and I won", along with a letter saying he was sorry it took so long answering my request.I hear all kinds of stories how guys don't want to sign,or charge an outrageous amount of money for there signature, here's a guy that sends me a book because he felt bad it took so long to answer my autograph request. Al Worthington is a class act!
