Clear the cache on your browser if you are using a traditional PC.
If a phone or tablet, stop/start the app or browser. I think you are seeing the stray images bug that happens periodically on this site. Sometimes if you are in a thread with a lot of scans, it can get all out of order and images get skewed. If that's not it...I blame Henry (see above)
