Pennant Question - help needed

Hoping for some help from vintage pennant experts.

This guy sold on Ebay for $135, there is some corner damage, in general how much would you say the corner damage or tip damage takes away from the value. 10%?, 25%?, 50%?

Or varies depending on scarcity?
