May I recommend NEVER CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN
While we're on the subject of postwar regional / food issues, may I recommend a book I authored that debuted this spring? Written and edited over a period of several years, I finally secured full legal copyright last year. It was produced this year by the same firm that puts out the Krause Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards on a CD. As a 478-page book, it is easily read by inserting it into the disc drive of your computer or laptop. Some of the better known regionals discussed here are covered extensively. I believe you will enjoy it.
--Brian Powell P.S. If you're interested in viewing SCD editor Tom Bartsch's press release for my book, simply google "Never Cheaper by the Dozen" and it should come right up. Last edited by brian1961; 07-24-2016 at 09:57 PM. |
