Got a unique group of items in the mail today, a group of NFL transparency slides of the New England Patriots. These slides were produced by the NFL for use in television broadcasts. They were issued from 1968-88 and this first group is from 1973, meaning this is a Hannah pre-RC of sorts, produced a year before his Topps RC. The Tippett is a pre-RC as well, from 1982, 2 years before his RC.
   The seller was very knowledgeable about dating these, and this is an excerpt of his email regarding the Tippett being an 82: 1983s had plastic frame & 1984-88 were not numbered but used uniform numbers on the slides. 88 was last year of issue.
