Thanks for the kudos. I am the first to admit that the condition-adjusted population ranking methodology that I invoked is imperfect. I was surprised by a few of the rankings too, but the data are what they are. I didn't massage the rankings to comport with conventional wisdom or my "gut feel" since that would have defeated the purpose of a data-driven approach. Scot
