Was it ever determined that Jose sold his fake packs? If so, shame on him. If not, I don't really see where he did anything wrong.
I work for one of the largest oil and gas engineering companies in the world. My current project is the expansion of an oil production platform in the Gulf of Mexico. Our client is BP. Next week, my project will have a quality audit, the focus of which will be on me and my department. Anybody else ever have an audit at their job? If Jose didn't sell any of his creations, then as far as I'm concerned it was a quality audit for Steve. Steve failed...over and over. Period, end of story. But, again, if he did sell his pack creations, shame on him and thanks to Leon for giving him the boot. |
