I suppose it really depends on what the definition of a member is. If that person can't login and make another post, then I wouldn't consider them a member.
Just like if you don't pay your dues to your local club, you are no longer a member, you are not getting into your local elk lodge for that meeting. Like people that are banned on the forum are not members or if they no longer have an account, regardless of how that occurred. I suppose I can be made to lose any which way you want to show that I lost to prove a point.
