I don't think framing is worth the money unless it is an oversized or big ticket item. I think the hard top loaders display and protect pennants well. Some people (including myself) will use very small nails to mount the top loader on the wall. I think this works great and doesn't look bad. I generally steer clear or things that look cheesy, but the too loader is clear, cheap, and doesn't take away from the item being displayed. I think a no brainer for pennants that fit.
