I'm pretty sure that only the 10 cent packs had a pin up. The bigger packs (cello and rack) did not. Maybe your collection was built with those instead of the smaller dime packs.

I encourage you to dig out your 71's and finish it off.
I would not encourage you to build over 20 sets. That's foolish
