The red box on back could be explained by it being a wet sheet transfer where the sheets weren't laid exactly on top of each other. If it is bleedthrough, it's not in the same location.
The black line border is the first thing I noticed when looking at it. I vote fake as well, in a fake holder. Does the bar code register properly? Edit: I also reported it to eBay and linked this thread.
