I'm here in Central Ohio, and usually do a big framing group once a year. Have used Michael's for the last several years, with great results.
If you can be a bit patient, I'd suggest waiting for their 70% off sales to get the very best deal. You can sign up for their mailings or emails to know when it hits. Thing I've been most impressed with is their trained framing consultants, who have a great eye for matting and frame selection. They've come up with some unexpected and great choices for me!
