I have successfully graded cards in ISA holders with PSA and SGC.
That does not mean they are all good, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Even CSA slabbed legit cards on occasion. I had a 56 Clemente CSA 7 go to an SGC 84 and I even had a 53 Johnny Podres CSA 7 go to a PSA 7.5 I don’t remember the specific cards I had from ISA but I did crack a few out and get the same grade from the other guys.
