I have heard several times over now that PSA seems to be tougher on the grade. That said, would you rather have a card in a, say, PSA 5 slab, or would you rather have the same card in an SGC 80 (6) slab?
I'd take the better card. Trust your own judgment over that of someone with no additional qualifications who spends but a minute assigning a grade.
