UPS and Fedex service improvements
Two things have recently changed with these two carriers (in my area anyway) that are fantastic:
UPS - delivers to a nearby locker area if I miss them, and now has live tracking;i.e-you can see on a map where your delivery truck is located. Since their delivery window is worthless, these two new features are great. FEDEX-allows me to change delivery location while the item is enroute , to a nearby drugstore that I can walk to. It's great to be able to report service improvements for these two.
