Like Leon, the print is the one thing that gives me pause on it. To me the printing looks quite heavy/bolder than normal. However, there are known authentic E98 examples that also have this same heavier printing of the name, so I think it is real. I also like the fact that the registration is slightly off and the way the top layer of the bottom corner is peeled off and toned. If you are going to make a fake, why not use one with better registration?
