Yeah, it's $8/card when you send at least 100. (Or in November, the min send was 25 if they were all pre-1956.)
But yeah, cheap prices may not return. One guy on the PSA/CU message board called them about getting a better rate with a prospective submission of 5,000+ cards and was told $8/card was all they could do.
