			That's horrible and hard to think of an excuse, especially if it's happened multiple times. Maybe consider getting your cards delivered to an office or if that is not possible, rent a PO box? Not sure what they cost but it may be a consideration if you get a lot of stuff through the mail and your local delivery person is that incompetent.
