Can't judge a movie by its trailer. As long as it has to do with baseball, I will make sure that I see it.

I did a search on Baseball Reference to see how many players had the name Dummy. There were 7. Were all these players named Dummy because they had a disability like deafness or other?

Dummy Hoy (1888-1902)
Dummy Taylor (1900-1908)
Dummy Leitner (1901-1902)
Dummy Deegan (1901)
Dummy Lynch (1948)
Dummy Murphy (1914)
Dummy Stephenson (1892)
