I don�t think anything you said here would make me think he�s a bad person. His only negative came from an international buyer who didn�t like the shipping costs. He probably looked at your very close and reasonable offer and decided to raise the price so he could get more for the card especially with high grade T206 which are jumping in price constantly. You may be upset that you couldn�t come to an agreement over a card you want but it�s his prerogative to sell it or not and for what price. Good luck in your search.
