How did this get an Ex grade?

Simple fact which remains as true today as it did 20+ years ago: They miss things. Often. Sometimes big things. Sometimes perhaps on purpose for entities like PWCC, sometimes not on purpose for average, Joe Blow collectors like me.

Last year I had a �68 Topps Willie Stargell in a hologrammed PSA 7 slab. On the back, the lower left corner was both creased and flipped-up. Huh? It should have been like a 4.
