My favorite caramel set is a tie between E93 and E98. The only thing I don't like about E98 is the "Cy" Irv Young card. But it has my favorite Matty pose and a great Connie Mack example.
My favorite E-card is the E-Unc Blue Caption Honus Wagner pictured below. There is just something about this card that I love. The set only has four known subjects to date and is very obscure so I wouldn't say the set is a favorite of mine, just this card is a favorite. ETA: Not my card, should've said that in the first place. My bad to current owner of this card.  .
