Every collector has to see Rhett's video...it made my heart pitter-patter as he got overwhelmed discovering just about everything you could want from the 1915-21 Zeenut sets, plus Colgan's Tin Tops. It has to be one of the top hidden auction finds. Shame on Heritage not spending a little more time detailing this scrapbook (poor consigner!), but one heck of a score, and a big congrats to someone (Rhett) who appreciates and collects the Zeenut sets.
The 1919 ad listing available Zeenuts is quite the score too, and I absolutely love the photo of the original collector with his fellow baseball buddies...a priceless gem. Dang... Brian Last edited by brianp-beme; 01-12-2021 at 03:50 AM. |
