Looks like a molded card, which means it was made in bulk. No reason to make a mold to only use it a little bit. Not sure I've ever seen one before.
They made a hockey one, as seen in this Worthpoint link: https://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...x-91-455129317 Looks like they made 10,066 copies of Lemieux. Get to it before they delete the listing, and save off the images for your reference.
