The Clemente looks off as the Hodges does which has already been stated. Could be a very rushed example but I doubt it will pass. I would use JSA on a local visit if you are in the least bit of a hurry.
They will tell you on site whether or not they pass but you have to wait for about a month or so to get the LOAs back on the better ones. As stated earlier, they put a sticker on the card on any cheaper authentications that matches the COA card. I agree some of these will not pass and the fees are pretty high for pictured LOAs but JSA is solid in my opinion.
