Candidly, I looked at the card before checking out the flip. I thought, "that's a 4 at best."
You could always message the seller with, "...listing reads 5; however a 4 is pictured..."
Personally, I wouldn't engage unless a 4 or 5 was on my wish list. Otherwise, it would be a waste of time for me and the seller.
