I may be wrong but I think this is the 1st time they are doing a Living Legend ceremony that requires purchased tickets and offers autographs.
In the past I know they have offered VIPs, and some bidders, tickets for free but no autograph packages were offered. I have attended a few of their auctions in person and have been invited in the past for the ceremony (I think for Winfield) but couldn't attend unfortunately. I think Jeter is just at another level of popularity so they turned it into more of an event. Either way it should be great and I love the Louisville Slugger Museum and the auction they run there.
