I personally never liked uncut sheets as they were difficult to display. Using the cheap poster-type frames inevitably resulted in fading. Keeping them rolled up? What's the point. A lot were always available (at least to me) in the mid 80's in the Philly area.
I would think with the tear (and no creasing) it would sell in the $80-$100 range because of the Ryan/Raines. Now if you want to make some cash, cut them up in crazy configurations.
