Looks like he ended the listing. Thanks to anybody who reported it. Got word from somebody else who asked him a question on Ebay, that he's not selling it on Ebay. He was trying to sell it off site, or in a future auction with Heritage, and claimed to have an SGC 5. Why he was using my picture I'll never know.
Complicating things, is SGC's population report search engine is crap, and I can't corroborate if a (5) even exists for that card. Wonder if anybody else has better luck with their pop report on this card.
