I won an item from him several months ago. I mailed him a check. Still no card, but at least the check has never been cashed. He hasn't responded to my emails.
A year or so I was able to pick up a lot of good stuff from him. I received everything that I paid for, except one $15 card, which I never did receive. I got such a good deal on the other stuff, I just said to heck with the $15. I thought he was maybe having health issues or just had too much to do at an advancing age. I did see on the internet that his BBB rating is pretty bad, so I guess it's buyer beware.
