My assumption is that PSA knows they are the industry leader, so they don\'t feel any urgency or need to provide a better customer experience, because they know people will keep sending in cards, and they aren\'t really facing any real pressure from the other companies. <br />\r\n<br />\r\nI have 2 orders there now, and a third I will be shipping off in a week or so. I\'ve seen several PSA returns on YouTube where the vintage returns had some really questionable grading.
