			Hi- I do not have an exact answer but I have an A G Spalding Bros No A mask from the 1890s/1900s. I believe it is an adult amateur style (B is youth). It is 9 inches tall and a little less than 6 inches wide at the widest point. I have others that are 10 inches tall of similar vintage. My earliest one is 9 inches tall and of similar width. I think they look awesome and are a relatively cheap way to get a really cool display item from the turn of the century.
