Oh man, there are some great cards during those years. Just a few that I'm fond of and are reasonably priced (in no particular order):

1962 Topps #311-319 Highlight Cards (Kubek, Spahn, Maris, Colivato, Ford,
Killebrew, Musial, Mantle, McCormick)
1962 Topps #53 AL HR Leaders
1965 Topps #377 Willie Stargell
1967 Topps #337 Joe Morgan (along with 1971)
1959 Topps Various multiplayer cards
1964 Topps Giants - all the cards
