Find an auction house to do that work for you. Make sure that these fees are considered part of their overall commission as opposed to being added on top. If you hear or see any mention of "grading fees", find another auction house.
They will get it done for you without your having to do that work yourself. Save yourself the headache and time. They'll have it facilitated much faster than you can get it done, unless you want to pay the exorbitant express rates. Don't forget, there's also shipping and insurance both ways. And your Mays signature is gorgeous, so no authenticity concerns.
